i’ve never tried it before but because of how i’m feeling right now, i did it moments ago.. and yes, it works.. sobrang gumaan ang pakiramdam ko and no one even noticed i cried na ibinuhos ko na lahat ng emotions na nsa dibdib ko.. it really works, i should do it more often..
